Home is where the heart is. My heart is here at Green Gables Nursing Home so, I am at home. That’s me, Angelica Elena Juncu, Registered Manager at Green Gables and I welcome everyone to our family-owned nursing home in the beautiful village of Grayshott, in Surrey. I hope that all service users, staff and visitors would feel the ‘homely, family ‘atmosphere and the high standards in everything we do. We might make mistakes but we are only humans so we learn, we learn every day how to be the best. Heart is where your home is and I am proud to say that my heart and home are here, at Green Gables Nursing Home.
Life at Green Gables is centred on our residents, but there are many people who contribute to making life at the home so unique.
We understand the important contribution that friends and family make to life at the home. As such, there are several private areas that friends and family can spend time together including the small sitting room and the attractive conservatory. This open culture contributes to the friendly and welcoming atmosphere found at the home.
Mealtimes are an important aspect of life at Green Gables and they are designed to be flexible and enjoyable.We use fresh, seasonal ingredients to offer a variety of tasty meals and accommodate dietary requirements as well as individual preferences.Our Activities Coordinator works closely with residents and relatives to develop a varied programme of activities and events throughout the year, including outings to nearby attractions, garden centres, pubs and the local church.

.Each of our residents and their loved ones can trust that the person-centred care they receive will be delivered with kindness,thoughtfulness and dignity, in a safe and welcoming home.
The living accommodation is provided over three floors, with a variety of daily living spaces available including a lounge,small sitting room, a dining room, and a conservatory .Residents’ bedrooms are comfortable and well equipped with TV points, Wifi access and a nurse call system. We encourage residents to personalise their bedrooms with items of furniture and treasured belongings so that it feels familiar and personal to them.All bedrooms have their own en-suite.
Many of the rooms offer views of our charming garden and of the Surrey countryside. Our beautiful parish church, St.Lukes is just across the road and the centre of the village of Grayshott is 5 minutes walkaway.
